Smarter Technical Selling Academy (International Conference)

Assistant event manager for IBM’s STSA: a conference designed to empower, educate and connect IBM’s Sales Architects from countries across the Asia Pacific region.

The STSA event was the second event of its kind, run over 4-year intervals. The event is designed to bring Sales Bringing the senior sales team from the Asia Pacic region to one central place, provided a forum for collaboration, networking and opportunities to present innovative ideas.

Working across logistics, onsite support, guest management and bookings, the event presented itself with many changes, many of which were exacerbated due to working across multiple time zones. The extensive planning and preparation did however pay off with positive reviews from over 400 guests in attendance. The events success was reiterated by AP’s Sales Director who renewed commitment to the conference moving forward as well as increasing its frequency.

Now held on an annual basis, the event has provided the foundations for international collaboration and learning, across an elite network of Sales Architects.
